The Gender Equality Index was created by the French government to advance pay equity between men and women within companies by enabling them to transparently measure gaps and highlight progress in this area. It also helps identify potential disparities and take corrective measures when necessary.

- Gap in the distribution of individual salary increases: 20/20
- Gap in the distribution of promotions: 15/15
- Number of female employees who received a raise upon returning from maternity leave: 15/15
