Discovery Latin America and Dailymotion sign digital video advertising sales representation agreement
Discovery Latin America (DLA), a division of Discovery Inc., announced today that it had signed an agreement with Dailymotion (DM) whereby DLA will become DM’s representative for the sale of advertising throughout Latin America, including Brazil.
DLA will represent DM’s current platform, complementing and expanding its digital offering with the inclusion of new audiences and content genres. In addition, this representation allows DLA to strengthen its offering given DM’s strong capabilities as a global video platform including: state-of-the-art video playback technology, professionally produced content from premium sources, and a large-scale Player that provides an excellent experience for advertisers and users.
DM’s offering is notable for having an average 85% view completion rate on an inventory of over 400 million monthly ad impressions in the region. In addition, the options for advertisers and customers will be expanded with the inclusion of 30-second ad slots that will make it possible to explore highly personalized video formats.
