Dailymotion Announces Two Strategic Leadership Hires in New York Office

Video Technology Company Appoints Emma Hutchens as VP of People and Caroline Blavet as VP of Business Operations

NEW YORK, NY—April 17, 2018—Dailymotion, the leading destination for video discovery and exploration, has announced the appointment of two strategic leadership hires in New York. Emma Hutchens joins as Vice President of People and Caroline Blavet has been appointed to Vice President of Business Operations.

Hutchens joins Dailymotion from her previous role at Gwynnie Bee, where she was Vice President and Head of Human Resources. Prior to that, she held progressive leadership positions in HR at Brown-Forman Corporation, producer of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey and other premium spirits.

Blavet joins Dailymotion after holding senior positions in operations and digital strategy at Narrativ (formerly BAM Exchange), a technology that pairs merchants with premium editorial opportunities in real-time, and BCBG Max Azria. Before that, she worked on customer acquisition and marketing strategy for the luxury fashion retailer Moda Operandi.
